Adjanibali Bali Cooking Class Fried Chilli Sauce

The Balinese use sambal in the same way as we use salt.there are many varieties, and each must be treated
with great caution because even the tiniest amount can be murderous .
Asmall potion is often served on the side of your meal to add spiciness,as well as,that distinctive fishy flavour.
This is a sambal that can be served along side any Asian Style meal or even added to certain dishes for extra spark
How to Make Fried Chilli Sauce
You can learn direct to Adjanibali Cooking Class,or you can make in your home,,
Ingredients:
10 Shallots, finely sliced
3 Garlic,finely slice,
3 Cloves,
8-10 small chilli, finely slice
2 Red Chilli
1 tspn .shrimp paste
5 tspn coconout oil
1tspn.sea salt
Mix the shrimp paste with salt. Heat the oil slowly in work, over a medium flame,
add the sallots and garlic, fry, moving the ingridients back and forth continully so that they cook evenly.
When the shallot and garlic are a pale golden brown ,,add the chilli,and shrimp paste to the oil.
Fry for further 10 seconds until the chilli looks cooked,transfer to A small bowl and train.reserve the oil for further use, add salt to taste
Sambal is seasoning to be eaten in small quantities only,
Note : 2-3 tbspns of crunchy ,fried onion can be added to the sambal as an alternative to frying the onion
