The Best Cooking Class
We had such a beautiful time throughout our Adjani island preparation category. The homeowners were marvelous and therefore the cook was terribly knowledgeable, attentive and nice to be told from. we tend to|once we have a tendency to|after we} got picked up from our building we were 1st taken to the rice fields- wherever we need to find out about however the rice is harvested then need to act with the farmers and really add the rice fields for a bit! That was an excellent experience! we have a tendency to then visited the house wherever the preparation category would occur. The homeowners of the category (and house) were extraordinarily hospitable and created you are feeling right reception. Since we have a tendency to did the afternoon category (started at 4pm) we have a tendency to (my husband and I) were the sole ones, that created it even higher as a result of we have a tendency to need to do all of the cooking! All of the ingredients that we have a tendency to used were contemporary and a few were even organic! I loved  that the room was unbroken terribly clean all of the time. we have a tendency to created regarding five completely different dishes that were all superb and manageable to form once I came back to the States. My husband isn't a giant fan of preparation however he even had an excellent time! i'm therefore glad we have a tendency to need to do that category because it wasn't solely a preparation category however a real Balinese cultural expertise. i really advocate it.,, Marcell, holland

We did the cooking course with Wayan and Giday - the tour of all the plants and herbs beforehand was really interesting and it was great to see how the wonderful flavours we tasted in Bali are made. We had an excellent afternoon and made way too much food! Definitely recommended!

Generally stayed away from cooking classes as most are very expensive and only show salad prep. Adjani gave you 3 options with the non veggie one at rp350000. Was excellent value.

You need to book the day before by emailing or turning up at the house or contacting via Facebook. We saw it as we cycled from Kalibukbuk and just knocked on the door.

You made to feel tremendously welcome as you have coffee, are shown around the home and the herb garden. The trained chef comes along and shows you tp cook and prepare satays, fish dishes and desserts (5 in all). Of course you get to eat it all then.
It all takes place on a covered verandah and lifts to and from the home is part of the package. The home owner is using the money to build a library for the kids on his street.

Brilliantly friendly people and 3 hours well spent.
