This is fried chili ( sambal goreng) that can be served along side any Asian -style meal or even add to certain dishes for extra spark.

Ingridients of Fried Chli (Sambal Goreng):
10shallots finely slice
3 garlic finely slice, cloves
3 small chili,2 large red chili
1tspn shrimp paste
1tspn coconut oil
1tspn sea salt
Mix the shrim paste with salt, heat the cocounut oil slowly in a wok, over a medium flame, add the shallot and garlic,, fry,moving the ingridients back and forth continually so that cook evenly.
When the shallots and garlic are a pale and golden brown add the chili and shrim paste to the oil.
Fry for further 10 seconds until the chili looks cooked, tranfer to small bawl and strain, reserve the oil
for further use, and add salt to taste
