How to make Fried Noodle in Bali Cooking Class

Ingridients:
 250gram egg noodle,1/4 small cabbage,3 tbs coconut oil,60 gram any meat,7 garlic,cloves,1/2 small leek
2tsp sweet soya beans,1tsp fish sauce,1/2tsp black pepper,1 bunch choi sum,1 medium carrot,5 shallots
3 tsp stock or water, 2 large red chili,1 tsp soya sauce,1tsp tomato paste,1/2 maggi sauce ,sea salt to taste
Boil the noodles as instructed on the packed,drain or leave overnight in the fridge,slice the meat in to 1 cm, chunks,slice the garlic,shallots,leek,and large and large chili very finely,slice the cabbage in to 1/2 cm,strips
and julienne the carrot.
Chop the choi sum in to chunks, Heat the coconut oil in a wok over a medium heat.You can use a higher heat if you are a confident Chinese-style cook,fry the meat until cooked,if there not excess water from the chicken,add the shallot and garlic and cook for twenty seconds together other wise set the meat aside,remove the coconut oil and wipe the wok with paper towel,, fry the onion and garlic in 3 tsp, of the fresh coconut oil, add chili and leek,stirring and mixing constantly for twenty seconds.than add vegetables, mix and stir for 2 minutes,if necessary add the sauce. at this point you may need to turn off the heat to mix them thoroughly,, turn the heat on and toss for another minute or two tongs might be handy at the point, check seasoning,, serve topped with fried onion,
