How to Make Sweet and Sour Salad ???
Ingriedients:
2 medium chili.
1tsp shrim paste roasted
3tbs tamarind
4tbs palm sugar syrup
sea salt to taste
grind these ingridients together in a mortar and pestle
starting with the chili and salt it should be chunky
Mix the sweet and sour salad with apple,pineapple,cucumber, manggo e,tc
