Adjani Bali Cooking Class |
Materials / ingredients:
one whole chicken
one hundred grams of young cassava leaves, boiled, squeeze and remove items

the way to make:
combine well with the delicate flavor of vegetable oil. infuse the chicken with half the mixture of spices.
Stir remaining seasoning with cassava leaves. Enter cassava leaves into a chicken.
Chicken wrap with banana leaf. Steam for forty minutes over medium heat till poached. take away the chicken.
Grilled chicken continues to be wrapped till scented.
