 How To Make :

     Materials / ingredients:

 one whole chicken
 one hundred grams of young cassava leaves, boiled, squeeze and remove items
 three tablespoons vegetable oil

     Fine Seasonings:

 twelve red onions
 four cloves of garlic
 five red chilies
 four items of red condiment
         6 hazelnut
 one cm galanga
 four cm turmeric
 one cm ginger
 five cm lemongrass
 one teaspoon shrimp paste, roasted
 one tablespoon cilantro, toasted
         1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
 a pair of cmaromatic gingger
 a pair of 1/2 teaspoons salt

 the way to make:

 combine well with the delicate flavor of vegetable oil. infuse the chicken with half the mixture of spices.
         Stir remaining seasoning with cassava leaves. Enter cassava leaves into a chicken.
         Chicken wrap with banana leaf. Steam for forty minutes over medium heat till poached. take away the chicken.
         Grilled chicken continues to be wrapped till scented.
         Makes four servings
