Soup made from various of vegetables can be one of the menu choices for everyday, cauliflower mushroom soup with clear liquid and fresh

Ingridient :

.200 grams of cauliflower, turn over florets per
 four cloves garlic, finely shredded
     1/4 onion, finely shredded
 a hundred g button mushrooms
 fifty grams of peas
 one red tomatoes, turn over items
     1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
 three 1/4 teaspoon salt
     1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
     1/2 tablespoons refined sugar
     1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
     1 leek, sliced oblique
 one stalk celery, sliced for sprinkling
     1,800 cubic centimeter of water
 two tablespoons oil for cookery

How To Make

     Heat the oil. Saute garlic and onion till scented.
     Pour water. Cook till boiling. Enter cauliflower, peas, and tomatoes. Stir well.
     Season with fish sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, and nutmeg. Stir well. Cook till hard-boiled and boil.
     Add the leek. Stir shortly. Lift.
     Serve with a sprinkling of celery.
     Serves 6
