Determination Regulations Land New Airport in North Bali

Bali Governor Made Mangku Pastika asked the regent of Buleleng immediately formulate regulatory determination of the status of land for the construction of a new airport in the village of Sumberkima.
"With the rules, in order to prohibit land transactions in the region so as to prevent difficulties in land acquisition," he said in Denpasar on Tuesday (9/7).
According to him, the regulation banning land transactions must be published in order not to be mocked Sumberkima land prices so it becomes very expensive.
"I prefer the built in Sumberkima in western Buleleng region by looking at the scoring of a small team headed by Kadishub Bali and also of the difficulties in land acquisition," he said after a coordination meeting discussion of the construction of a new airport in the northern region of Bali.
Responding to the request of the Governor, the Regent of Buleleng Putu Agus Suradnyana will coordinate with the Department of Transportation for the Province of Bali Buleleng immediately to determine which areas will be affected by the construction of the airport.
"If the provincial land use airport development will certainly be easier, but the provincial land only about 600 hectares that is required around 600 hectares for the construction of the airport with two runways," he said.
Related forms of regulation, Suradnyana states that should be discussed first with the Buleleng Regency because discussions are still on Spatial Planning Regulation.
"In addition, the ban zone area that should not be traded for airport development deal with the concerns of all stakeholders, including Parliament, notary, district, National Land Agency, and so on," said the PDI-P politician.
