How to make Sambal Matah
Ingridients:
5 pieces of curly red pepper, thinly sliced
9 red onions, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 stalks lemongrass, white part, finely sliced
3 lime leaves, finely sliced
3 tablespoons lime juice
½ tsp shrimp paste, roasted, mashed
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tsp fine salt
¼ tsp black pepper, crushed
How To Make:
Heat the oil, remove from heat. Mix all sauce ingredients and stir well. Pour the hot oil and stir well. Serve as a complement fried duck or chiken fried
