Ingredients To Make Fuel carp:
2 tail gourami @ 600 gr, clean, dry fried
Spices:
10 shallots
6 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon coriander, toasted
3 eyes of tamarind
4 red chilies
5 egg hazelnut
seruas finger galangal
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon brown sugar, comb
200 cc chicken broth
spread:
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons butter, melted
How to Make Fuel carp:
Saute until fragrant, pour the broth. Cook until thick.
Fish grilled over the coals, while smeared with sweet soy sauce and butter until half cooked. Remove, then rub with spices stir while inverted. Grilled until cooked. Lift.
Serve hot with soy sauce.
