       Balinese Cake {layer cake}

Rice Layer Cake Recipe Ingredients:

* 275 grams of rice flour
* 75 grams of corn starch
* 300 grams sugar
* 950 ml coconut milk from 2 coconuts
* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
* 3 pieces pandan leaves, cut into 5 cm
* Coloring to taste
* Cooking oil to spread

How to Make Rice Cake Layer:

1. Boil coconut milk, salt and pandan leaves, let it become warm. Mix the rice flour, sago flour, pour warm coconut milk little by little while diuleni until sugar dissolves and coconut milk mix.
2. For the dough into 3 parts to 3 colors. Prepare the baking pan 20 x 20 cm, basting with oil, heat the pan broiled.
3. Pour approximately 50 ml of the first color dough, steamed 5 minutes or until hardened. Traveling with another color mixture, alternating each time the previous batter, until the dough out to harden.
