Pork soy Sauce

Pork soy Sauce

Ingredients:
500 gr pork
samcam 250 gr (because her husband are excited about samcam I also like to buy 500 gr)
3 large tomatoes
1 piece of onion
red onion 5 eggs
7 garlic cloves
pepper to taste
salt to taste
soy sauce
hot water
cooking oil

Directions:
Wash meat & samcam, cut 1.5 cm, set aside
chopped onion, set aside
chopped tomatoes, set aside
puree: salt, pepper, onion & garlic, set aside
Heat cooking oil to taste, after a hot, put onions
after wilting, put spices, after the smell fragrant, put tomatoes
allow it to wither, after wilt enter the meat & samcam, close to get the water out
after exiting the water, add hot water until soft flesh
after the soft meat enter the soy sauce (preferably provides kecapnya alongside a skillet rather than in meat or water)
after the sauce thickens, turn off the heat
lift & serve

I usually serve with fried shrimp paste sauce or cayenne pepper.
