Cook shrimp recipe

ingridients,:
1 kg prawns, remove the head, leaving the tail
3 sheets of leaf Greetings
100 ml water
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce Bango


Seasoning:
3 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
7 items Shallot, finely sliced
1 tbsp chilli finely mixed with 2 tbsp cool water
7 pieces Green chilli, finely sliced oblique
1 stalk lemongrass, white part, thinly sliced
3 cm ginger, thinly sliced
3 cm galangal, thinly sliced
1 tbsp red sugar that has been chopped good
2 pcs tomatoes, thinly sliced
3 tbsp taoco
How to Make
1. Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until fragrant.
2. Enter the bay leaves, and spices that have been finely sliced depart until well blended and fragrant.
3. Enter the water.
 Bango soy sauce and stir well. Cook until shrimp cooked. Remove and serve
