Bumbu Bali New Recipe
Ingredients:
0.5kg beef, cut into wide, skinny.
250cc Coconut milk from coconut.
1 stalk of lemongrass. in keprak
1 vertebra ginger
2 lbr Daun Salam.
1sdm Acidic water.
Spices:
6 pcs Shallots
4 pcs Garlic
4 pcs Pecan
3 pcs Red Chili
1sdt Terasi
Sugar 1sdm red
Salt to taste.
How to Make:
Saut the crushed spices until fragrant.
Enter the rest of the sliced meat and other seasonings, stir until meat changes color, put coconut milk, chef over medium heat until the sauce dries.
