Ingredients::
1 whole chicken, cut into pieces the size according to taste
50 grams of coarsely grated coconut, roasted
2 bay leaves
tsp salt
tsp sugar
400 ml coconut milk (from coconut)
For sauteing 2 tablespoons oil
Fried shallots
Spices:
6 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of curly red chilies
1 cm kencur
tsp black pepper
4 btr hazelnut, toasted
How to make:
Bake the chicken until cooked. Lift and shredded rough.
Heat oil, saute ground spices and bay leaves until fragrant, enter toasted coconut, and mix well.
Add shredded chicken, coconut milk, salt, sugar, and chef until done.
Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions,
