A: 500 g high protein flour
1 tablespoon instant yeast
300 cc of water
1 tsp fine salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 tsp white alum (if you like)
1 tsp sugar source
200 g parsnip / potato, boiled, mashed
B: cooking oil to taste

How to make:
Mix all ingredients together and Adoni A until well blended and smooth, then let stand for 30 minutes
Place the dough on the table, flatten, then cut into rectangular shaped pieces, then fermented for another 15 minutes
heat oil in skillet lot, after the hot fried cakes over medium heat until light golden brown, remove and serve
