Chicken Rendang Recipe

Material:

    1. 500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
    2. Santan 1 liter, from 2 coconuts
    3. Acid kandis 2 pieces
    4. 2 pieces of turmeric leaf
    5. Lime leaves 2 sheets
    6. 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
    7. 1 teaspoon sugar
    8. Salt to taste
    9. 2 tablespoons cooking oil
   10. Fried red onion 2 tablespoons

Subtle Seasonings To Cook Chicken Rendang:

    1. Red pepper 15 pieces
    2. Red onion 8 cloves
    3. 6 cloves garlic
    4. Pecan 2 eggs, toasted
    5. Turmeric 3 cm
    6. 5 cm galangal

    1. Heat oil and sauté ground spices until fragrant. Lift.
    2. Mix the ground spices, tamarind kandis, lemongrass, turmeric leaf, kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass with coconut milk. Boil, stirring frequently until boiling.
