Since fish and other vegetables contain a little or no amount of oil, steaming can easily dry the insides while the outside may be moist. The problem is it requires regular attention just like steaming. If you are saving money, this isn't really the best choice because it is quite an expensive way to prepare food.

Grilling
When you chef the food through grilling or broiling, often times, it burns the excess fat that the ingredient have. It would be considered as a quick way to chef. It gives a grill flavor that comes from the coal. Mostly, there are no disadvantages to it. The only thing you can consider as a disadvantage is that it dries the meat out if you over chef it. But this problem can easily be solved if you can smear something upon the meat to save it soppy. That is why grilling the best choice when you are cooking your food.

Think of the health benefits; the taste wouldn't be a problem since there are many seasonings and marinades that can help improve the taste that some fast foods and junk foods don't have.
